Our accident repair team carried out a complete strip-down and rebuild, replacing or repairing every damaged component:
- Bumper, headlamp bezel, surrounds, and backing supports
- Door assembly including hinges, lock, and extension panel
- Steps, tread plates, and mountings
- Cab arches, quarter panels, and wing deflectors
- Locker door, struts, and marker lights
- Exhaust and covers
- 3 wheel rims, 3 tyres, and 4 rear wheel plastic arches
Once the rebuild was complete, the truck went through our fleet respray process to restore a flawless factory finish. Our graphics team then re-applied Amazon’s decals, leaving no trace of the collision.
Every stage was signed off by our IMI-qualified Vehicle Damage Assessor, Scott Beard, ensuring the estimate was fair, accurate, and fully trusted by the insurer and Amazon’s fleet team.
